MP for Kumbugu presents Jerseys to six communities Football Clubs

As part of his social intervention policies to support the youth in his constituency to unlock their football talents, the Member of Parliament for Kumbugu in the Northern Region, Hon Dr. Hamza Adam, has presented sets of jerseys and footballs to six Football Clubs in the constituency.

The beneficiary communities include Gbugli FC, Tibung FC, Gbullung FC, Bafana FC, City FC, and Gizaa Gundaa FC.

Presenting the Jersy, Dr. Hamza called on the playing body to take their training seriously to enable them to develop their talents to meet the challenges to make a mark in the sport.

The MP appealed to the youth in the area to respect the elderly and desist from hooliganism and other anti-social activities which he said were injurious to their health and future development.

The MP who is the Deputy Ranking of the Environment, Science and Technology Committee of Parliament assured the youth of Kumbugu of his commitment to support them unlock their talents in any sports discipline.

He further urged the playing body of the Clubs to work hard so they move to Division two and to Division one of the Ghana Premier League.
