MP for Krachi West Commissions 2 Health Centres to boost healthcare
In an effort to boost quality healthcare delivery in her constituency, the Member of Parliament for Krachi West, Hon Helen Adjoa Ntoso has provided two health centres for constituents in the Sablakope and Amewoyikope communities.
Residents of the two communities were full of joy when the MP commissioned the two projects with fully furnished medicals.
The Amewoyikope health center was an MP assisted project, whereas the Sablakope health centre was fully funded by the MP.
At a short but impressive ceremony to commission the projects on Friday, 3rd June 2022, Hon Helen Ntoso assured the constituents of her commitment to work hard to bring quality healthcare to their doorsteps.
She said the health needs of the constituents are her concern and would extend the same support to other communities to boost healthcare delivery in the Constituency.
The MP donated a quantity of medicines and consumables for the smooth running of the new facilities.
She also presented a motorbike to enable the health workers to commute to and from work and as well enhance residential visit services.
Hon Ntoso also made donations of some medical supplies to two other already existing health centers, the Gyaesayor and Kwakuea health centers to improve healthcare for residents.
The Acting Municipal Health Director, Mr. Victor Ahiaba expressed gratitude to the MP for the intervention to expand and extend access to health care delivery to the deprived communities in the Municipality.
The community members also expressed gratitude to the MP for her good work and assured her that they would patronize the healthcentres to ensure the intended use of the projects does not go waste.
