Govt releases 11 Ministers for IMF Media Propaganda
As part of the media propaganda and engagement with the public toward the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a possible bailout of the harsh economy, President Akufo Addo’s government has released eleven of his minister to various media houses for interviews.
It is not clear what message(s) these ministers would be telling the Ghanaian public, but the information picked indicated that the selected Ministers have been tasked to help water down the public outcries over the bad economy and the reasons why the government is heading to the IMF.
Earlier, the President in a letter signed by the Minister for information directed the Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta to engage the IMF for economic bailout.
