John Afful Picks Nomination Forms to Snatch Weija-Gbawe seat for NDC
A member of the national Communication team.of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Afful has picked nomination forms to contest the upcoming parliamentary primaries for Weija-Gbawe Constituency.
According to him, he is ever ready to lead the NDC to snatch the parliamentary seat from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
John.Afful disclosed this to Media in Accra after he has picked his nomination for the party primaries on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
He said over the years, the governing NPP has held on to the seat without any tangible development projects and believed when giving the node at the primaries as candidate, he would win the seat for the NDC.
” I am very certain I will win the seat for the NDC. The NPP has taken the people of Weija-Gbawe for granted. There is no any development project. No market, no public secondary school, and so many essential projects that would propel development,” Mr Afful said.
The NDC communicator said he is coming in to ensure there equal opportunity and fair share of the national cake reach the people of Weija-Gbawe.
Mr Afful however call on members of the NDC in the constituency to give him.chamxe to lead the party into the 2024 elections to snatch the seat.
So far , about four persons including John Afful have picked form a to contest for the Weija-Gbawe Constituency.
The NDC is going for both Presidential and Parliamentary primaries in May, this year to elect Presidential and Parliamentary candidates for the 2024 general elections.
