MP makes Intervention for RainStorm Victims in Dafiama
The Member of Parliament for Daffiama/Bussie/Issa, Dr Sebastian Sandaare has made a big communal intervention.for hundreds of families of rainstorm in the constituency.
Over 60 houses in the Constiyiency we’re hit hard by rainstorm, rendering homeless and deprivation of food.
All houses affected by the rainstorm.have been destroyed and food items submerged in water.
Some schools and and other institutions were equally affected.
However, the victims were left to their fate by the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), the state institution responsibly for disaster.
It tool the timely intervention by the MP, Dr Sandaare with roofing sheets and others relief logistics to keep the families together though in bad weather.

“I was in Daffiama to give a little support to people who were severely affected by the rainstorm disaster that happened a couple of weeks ago.
“The disaster destroyed many houses, offices and schools.
“The little support is to help the affected roof their ripped-off houses while I continue to call on NADMO to support them,” Dr. Sandaare told EXPRESSNEWSGHANA after his intervention.
He assured the constituents of his commitment to their needs and development and promised to seek further support from NADMO and other benevolent organizations to ease the situation.
