IGP tours Police Stations in Accra to assess Quality of Service
As part of his policies makes the police efficient and effective in providing quality services to the public, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr George Akuffo Dampare is visiting police stations in Accra today Thursday, July 6.
The first stop was the Amasaman Divisional Headquarters in the Ga West Municipality.
This is to enable him to assess the quality of service the public receives when they visit police stations for help.
Accompanying him are some members of the Police Management Board.
Akuffo Dampare will also visit indisposed officers in the various stations he visited.
The Police administration has been assessing the general security situation in part to the country.
For instance, last week, at the Assin Bereku Presby basic school in the Central Region of Ghana, the Cental North Regional Commander, DCOP Mr. Emmanuel Teye-Cudjoe, ASP Stella Adjei-Kodom, and ASP. Margaret Avornyo embarked on a security tour to assess the general security situation in the area.
