MP for Krachi West cuts Sod for Construction of Ultramodern Clinic
As part effort to bring healthcare delivery closer to the doorsteps of her constituents, the Member of Parliament for Krachi West Constituency in the Oti Region, Hon Helen Adjoa Ntoso has cut sod for the construction of a Clinic for the people of Gyaesayor Community.
The workaholic MP who is the Ranking Member of Gender and Social Protection and the Defence and Interior Committees of parliament defied threatening rains to cut the sod to commence work on the project.
The MP, the party chairman, the women’s organizer, Gyaesayor branch executives, and the community leaders joined hands to cut sod for the project after powerful traditional prayers.
According to Hon Helen Ntoso, the project will commence soon possibly next week and it’s expected to be completed within the shortest possible time.
The community leaders and members could not hide their happiness after the sod was cut and hoped the project completed on time to access better healthcare.
The Municipal Health Director, Mr. Victor Ahiaba encouraged the community to be involved in the clinic’s building so that it can be completed on time for their use.
He also commended the MP for her frantic effort to bring healthcare closer to the people’s doorstep.
Some residents present, especially the women were full of joy and praised the MP for the project and prayed for good health for her so that she could do more for them.
