MP for North Dayi donates over 400 Plastic Chairs and tables to Anfoega SHS
As part of her social intervention policies to improve education in her constituency, the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Dayi Constituency in the Volta Region, Joycelyn Tetteh has donated 400 quality plastic chairs and 100 tables to the Anfoega Senior High School (SHS).
The donation followed a request by the Headmaster of the school to support their outdoor activities.
At a short but impressive ceremony to donate the items, Hon Tetteh reassured the constituents of her commitment to quality education in the constituency.
She said as part of her commitment to improve quality teaching and learning , she would continue to provide the needed support to education institutions within her best as MP..
She however encouraged students of the school and other students to learn hard to make the Constituency proud.
Mr Albert Kwesi Dodo, Headmaster of the school who received the items on behalf of the school expressed gratitude to the MP for the gesture.
While expressing assurance of the items would be use for the intended, he said the school authority and students would do their best to increase performance.
Some parents and students present at the event commended the Hon. Joycelyn Tetteh for continued support to education in the constituency.
