MP for Suaman Highlights Three-Year Development Achievements in Constituency
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Suaman in the Western North, Hon. Joseph Betino, has highlighted the development projects achieved within his constituency over the past three years.
He has impacted various sectors including health, education, and youth empowerment, with the aim of transforming Suaman and its communities.
Mr. Betino lamented the abandonment of development projects initiated under the erstwhile National Democratic Congress (NDC) by the current government. Despite this, his administration has made significant strides in education, health, and youth empowerment, renovating, rebuilding, or constructing several schools and health facilities, and providing skill training for many youths.
He emphasized his commitment to making public schools as attractive as possible and to improving access to quality education and affordable healthcare.
“My administration as MP has significantly impacted the education and health sectors. My goal is to steer these sectors towards self-reliance and improved access. I have paid school fees for over 1,500 students and supported various health centers, providing CHPS Compounds for communities in hard-to-reach areas, and rehaping and gravelling of roads,” Hon. Betino stated.
“My achievements over the last three years are unprecedented. Considering my contributions to the constituency, the only reward I seek is re-election to continue the good works I have started,” Hon. Betino told EXPRESSNEWSGHANA.
