Over 800 SHS Freshers Benefits MP for North Dayi Education Policy
Over 800 SHS freshers in the North Dayi constituency are smiling today, thanks to the “Going To School With Joy” initiative by their MP, Hon. Mrs Jocelyn Tetteh Quashie.
The initiative is providing support to the 800 pupils who have passed the BECE and been placed at various SHS, as well as those interested in learning skills training.
The support items include educational materials such as chop boxes, exercise books, and maths sets, as well as food and toiletries like gari, sardines, sugar, buckets, sanitary pads, and toilet rolls.
Some selected pupils will also receive mattresses for excellent performance, and each of the 800 students will receive Gh¢50.00 for transportation.
This initiative is a continuation of Mrs Quashie’s efforts to support her constituents, particularly in the areas of Wusuta, Tsoxor, Botoku, and Tsrukpe Aveme zones.
Her dedication to the education and well-being of the youth in her constituency is truly commendable.
Mrs Quashie is seeking her third term in Parliament as legislator for the North Dayi Constituency in the Volta region.
