President Mahama Names Transitional Team for Smooth Handover of Power
H.E. John Dramani Mahama, the President-elect of the Republic of Ghana, has officially appointed a team to oversee the transition of power in accordance with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (ACT 845).
The appointed members of the 2024 Transition Team will work in close collaboration with representatives from the outgoing government to ensure a seamless transfer of political power to the incoming administration.
The team is composed of seasoned professionals with expertise spanning various sectors, including finance, governance, and public administration. The following individuals have been named to the Joint Transition Team:
