The Office of the Special Prosecutor has taken into custody three former top officials of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), including the immediate past Commissioner-General, Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah, as part of an ongoing investigation into the Strategic Mobilisation Limited (SML) scandal.
