The General Superintendent (President) of Benin Assemblies of God, Rev Ben Gousou Soujie has paid a courtesy call on the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev Stephen Wengam in Accra.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose was to discuss preparations for the World Congress of World Assemblies of God Fellowship scheduled in Accra from 14th to 16th October 2026.<\/p>\n

Rev Sonjie , who is also Chairman of West Africa Assemblies of God Alliance ( WAAGA) m, said\u00a0 since the Congress is the first to be held in Africa, it is needful for the Alliance to support\u00a0 Assemblies of God Ghana to host this historic event successfully.<\/p>\n

The two leaders further discussed mission\u2019s collaboration and the growth of the church in the sub-region.<\/p>\n

The Benin delegation visited the proposed venues for the Congress.<\/p>\n

Their General Superintendent was impressed with ongoing preparations and commended Rev Wengam and his team for their diligence and dedication to deliver a world-class event. Rev Sonjie also lauded Ghana Assemblies of God for being a beacon of hope for Africa Assemblies of God Alliance.<\/p>\n
