Speaking during the 2025 Parliamentary Service Graduate Training Program, Madam Addo delivered a detailed presentation on communication and interpersonal skills, underscoring their importance in the smooth functioning of Parliament.<\/p>\n

She urged the new recruits, drawn from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, to prioritize clarity, precision, and professionalism in both verbal and written exchanges, whether interacting with senior leadership, colleagues, or external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
