Chief of Staff, Dr Julius Debrah, has reaffirmed government\u2019s commitment to empowering women-led businesses and promoting inclusive economic growth at the 11th Ghana Female CEO Summit held in Accra.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Addressing a gathering of prominent women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, Dr. Debrah described the summit as a significant platform that continues to highlight the critical role women play in driving Ghana\u2019s economic development and strengthening institutions.<\/p>\n

According to him, women in Ghana are no longer simply participants in business and commerce but are increasingly becoming the foundation of economic activity across several sectors.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe government of President John Dramani Mahama remains focused on creating an enabling environment that allows women-led enterprises to grow, scale up, and compete effectively on the global stage,\u201d he stated<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dr. Debrah stressed that the administration is determined to build an economy that rewards innovation, enterprise, and hard work while expanding opportunities for all citizens, particularly women and young entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the discussions and engagements at the summit, the Chief of Staff expressed confidence in Ghana\u2019s future, saying the conversations reinforced his belief that the country\u2019s \u201cbest days are ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n

He further called for a united national effort to create a society where opportunities are accessible to everyone regardless of their background and where young women are encouraged to pursue leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation with confidence.<\/p>\n
