Greater Accra Regional Chairmanship aspirant of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore, has said he remained the only aspirant that could win against the ruling NPP in the region.

He said the NDC party in the region needed a strong and courageous Chairman like him who would not compromise, adding that with a courageous Chairman, strategic decisions would be taken to tackle the opponent in the region.

“The issue now is not who has been Chairman but who can win the election for NDC. Who has the capacity, the courage, who will not compromise, and who will face the NPP? Who will win the election for NDC? That is me here.

“I will face NPP squarely with smart strategies. If the Greater Accra regional NDC  give me this chance on November 12 or 13, they should rest assured that victory is the ultimate prize, my eyes will be on the ball. More parliamentary seats as we retain our current 20 seats,” Hon Ashie Moore said.

The former Member of Parliament for Adentan said that NDC must do everything possible not to lose the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections, stating,  “If we lose the presidential election in 2024, we can as well forget NDC”.

“I have been tested in terms of strategies, performance, and support of NDC. Mine is ‘talk and do’,” he added.
