Easter Message: Amenfi Central MP Urges Constituents to Remain United for the Needed Development
The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has extended warm Easter greetings to her constituents, calling for a season of deep reflection, love, and renewed commitment to the development of the area.
In a message marking the sacred Christian period, the MP underscored that the resurrection of Jesus Christ serves as a timeless reminder of the power of resilience and selflessness in overcoming adversity.
The MP encouraged residents to use the festivities to strengthen family ties and promote peaceful coexistence, stressing that the spirit of Easter should inspire a collective drive toward transformation.
She noted that just as the season symbolizes new beginnings, it presents an opportunity for every individual to contribute positively to the growth of Amenfi Central.
”Easter is a season that reminds us of the power of sacrifice, love, and redemption,” Hon. Gyan Cudjoe stated.
“As we celebrate, let us also reflect on how we can contribute positively to our communities and support one another in building a better Amenfi Central. May this season bring renewed hope, prosperity, and blessings to every home.”
Beyond the spiritual message, Hon. Gyan Cudjoe reaffirmed her unwavering dedication to the constituency’s progress, highlighting a series of landmark developmental projects initiated under her leadership.
Her tenure has seen a significant “infrastructure rollout” aimed at closing gaps in healthcare, education, and security.
In the health sector, the MP is spearheading the construction of a maternity block with a modern theatre at Manso Amenfi, alongside several Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds in Ankasie, Jedua Kese, Adidaase, and Hiawa.
These facilities are designed to ensure that primary healthcare is accessible to every resident, regardless of their location.

Education remains a cornerstone of her agenda, with the MP overseeing the construction and completion of various school projects, including the Wuratrem DA Primary, Ankasie DA Primary, and a new six-unit primary school at Kramokrom.
Her commitment also extends to security, where she is utilizing the MP’s Common Fund to establish police stations in Sraha Ayiem and Achichire to bolster public safety and protect local businesses.
To stimulate the local economy, Hon. Gyan Cudjoe has initiated the construction of a “24-hour economy market” at Agona Amenfi and a new market at Juabo, providing modern spaces for traders and creating job opportunities for the youth.
As she urged Christians to celebrate responsibly and maintain peace, she assured her constituents that these projects are only the beginning of a larger vision to transform Amenfi Central into a hub of innovation and economic resilience.
