Prestea Huni Valley MP Boosts Digital Learning at Huni-Valley SHS Golden Jubilee
The Member of Parliament for the Prestea Huni Valley Constituency, Hon. Robert Wisdom Cudjoe, has reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to academic excellence by presenting a comprehensive package of awards and learning materials during the 50th Anniversary celebration of Huni-Valley Senior High School (SHS).
The MP’s initiative, positioned as a strategic effort to promote quality education and reward outstanding performance, benefited 31 key stakeholders, including high-achieving students and dedicated teaching staff.
Designed to both celebrate past accomplishments and invest in future success, the donation stands as a testament to his focus on youth development and educational empowerment.
Among the core items presented were 30 Tablets to enhance digital literacy and provide students with access to modern educational tools, online research materials, and virtual learning platforms.
30 Booklets of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana, reinforcing the importance of civic education and nurturing informed, responsible citizens.
A total of 28 exceptional students received tablets, constitutional booklets, and cash prizes in recognition of their academic excellence—an incentive expected to inspire greater effort and ambition among their peers.
In addition, the MP extended support, including cash donations, to the Headmaster and two teaching staff, acknowledging their pivotal role in shaping the school’s academic environment.
Three specially designed plaques were also presented to honour individuals or institutions with outstanding and longstanding contributions to improving education within the constituency.
Described as a consistent champion for youth development, Hon. Cudjoe’s gesture reflects his broader vision of socio-economic empowerment through education.
By combining modern learning tools, civic resources, and financial motivation, he aims to create a more conducive environment for both teaching and learning in the Prestea Huni Valley area.
