Tatale-Sanguli DCE Hon. Mary Tagba Set to Receive Prestigious Global Honor for Urban Development
The Tatale-Sanguli District is celebrating a major milestone as its District Chief Executive, Hon. Mary Tagba, has been officially nominated for the distinguished “Adaptability & Social Infrastructure Advocate Honor.”
This high-profile recognition will be conferred upon her at the upcoming Blackstar Acclamation Honorary Award Summit 2025/26, scheduled to take place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra on Friday, March 27th, 2026.
The award highlights Hon. Mary Tagba’s exceptional leadership and her tireless commitment to transforming the social landscape of her district.

The Vice President, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, is expected to attend as the Special Guest of Honor, with the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Honorable Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, presiding as Chairman.
The event will also be graced by Ga Mantse, His Royal Majesty Tackie Teiko Tsuru, and Togbe Afede XIV, the Executive Chairman of the World Trade Center.
