The Member of Parliament (MP) for Krowor, Hon. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, has reaffirmed her commitment to inclusive leadership and grassroots development following a strategic engagement with representatives of all Clan Houses in the constituency.

The meeting, held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, forms part of her routine consultations with traditional authorities, an approach she has consistently adopted since her election to office.

The engagement created a platform for open dialogue on community concerns, developmental priorities, and the preservation of cultural heritage within Krowor.

Addressing the gathering, Hon. Lartey emphasized the importance of accountability and collaboration in governance.

This engagement is not only about listening to our traditional leaders but also about accounting for the mandate entrusted to me. Our roots define us, and together, we must build a stronger, united Krowor,” she stated.

Since assuming office, Hon. Lartey has pursued a development-focused agenda aimed at improving livelihoods across the constituency.

Her tenure has seen interventions in education, including support for school infrastructure and learning materials, as well as initiatives in healthcare delivery and community welfare.

She has also championed youth empowerment programmes and advocated for improved sanitation and local infrastructure to enhance living conditions.

The MP continued collaboration with traditional leaders has been widely viewed as a strategic effort to ensure that development remains people-centered and culturally grounded.

According to her, “Working with our revered chiefs and clan heads strengthens unity and ensures that our development agenda reflects the true needs of our people.”

The Krowor MP reiterated her resolve to sustain these engagements, noting that the insights from traditional authorities remain critical in shaping responsive policies and driving progress in the constituency.
