In a heartwarming gesture of compassion and service, Duo Concept Foundation marked the birthday of its founder, Madam Kate Addo, with a special visit to the Osu Children’s Home in Accra.

The event, held earlier today, saw members and volunteers of the foundation spend time with the children, share gifts, and spread joy among the residents of the home.

As part of the celebration, the foundation presented assorted goodies, educational supplies, and other essentials to the children, reflecting its core philosophy of “Helping a Hand.” The initiative was aimed at not only commemorating Madam Addo’s birthday, but also reinforcing the foundation’s commitment to supporting underprivileged communities, especially vulnerable children.

“This is more than a birthday celebration,” Madam Kate Addo stated during the visit. “It’s a reminder of the mission that drives our work — to make a positive difference in the lives of others, especially those who need it most. I am grateful to the team and everyone who continues to support our cause.”

The children at the home received the guests with excitement and gratitude, enjoying moments of interaction, storytelling, and entertainment. The visit served as a source of encouragement and inspiration to the children, many of whom are orphans or come from broken homes.
