The Frimpong-Manso Institute has paid glowing tribute to mothers across the world in celebration of this year’s Mother’s Day, describing women as the pillars of homes, communities, and national development.

In a heartfelt message issued to mark the occasion, the Institute praised mothers for their resilience, dedication, and unmatched ability to balance family responsibilities with leadership and professional excellence.

According to FMI, motherhood represents “the ultimate masterclass in leadership, resilience, and multitasking,” stressing that mothers continue to play a vital role in shaping the moral and social foundations of society.

The Institute noted that beyond biological motherhood, women who serve as mentors and caregivers also deserve recognition for the sacrifices they make in nurturing future generations.

“Today, we especially celebrate the mothers—whether by birth, by heart, or by mentorship—within our broader community, whose strength provides the foundation upon which we build our future,” the statement said.

FMI further acknowledged the increasing pressures faced by modern mothers as they strive to balance career aspirations, family obligations, and societal expectations, yet continue to demonstrate extraordinary grace and determination.

“Your ability to nurture while leading and to sacrifice while achieving is nothing short of extraordinary,” the statement emphasized.

The Institute added that mothers remain “the heartbeat of the home and the moral compass of our communities,” whose wisdom and dedication continue to build lasting foundations for generations to come.

Quoting Proverbs 31:28, FMI stated: “Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.”

The Institute also extended its warm wishes and prayers to all women and mothers, celebrating what it described as their “divine strength and grace” and thanking them for the love and commitment they pour into society every day.
