Congolese Assemblies of God Delegation Ends Visit to Ghana
A delegation from the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Assemblies of God, led by the General Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Eric Mavinga Masiala has ended a visit to Ghana.
During their stay, members of the 15-member delegation actively participated in church service at Cedar Mountain Chapel at East Legon in Accra , showcasing the strong bonds of unity and cooperation between the two church bodies.
Rev. Dr. Mavinga , who was accompanied by his wife, later paid a courtesy on his Ghanaian counterpart, Rev. Stephen Wengam at Cedar Mountain Chapel.
The two church leaders discussed global missions, focusing on collaborative efforts to reach unreached areas for Christ.

They also touched on the World Congress of World Assemblies of God Fellowship, scheduled in Accra from October 12 to October 14 , 2026.
The Congolese General Superintendent commended Rev. Wengam for his visionary leadership, highlighting his impact on the continent, particularly in his role as Vice President of Africa Assemblies of God Alliance. Rev. Wengam presented gifts to Rev. Dr. Mavinga and his delegation.

Rev. Wengam hosted the Congolese delegation to lunch , and provided a tour of Cedar Mountain Chapel and the headquarters of Assemblies of God , Ghana.
The visit of the Congolese delegation coincided with the ministry of the General Superintendent of Malaysia Assemblies of God, Rev Ong Sek Leang at Cedar Mountain Chapel.
